American Omni Trading’s Thunderer Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor
The Thunderer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by American Omni Trading Company (“Sponsor”), located at 1221 Park West Green Drive,Katy, TX 77493, USA.

2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on March 1st and ends on December 31st (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must complete the following steps:

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prizes
Two (2) winners will each receive a free set of tires from Thunderer Tires. If Thunderer Tires does not have the winners’ required tire size, Sponsor reserves the right to:

Provide tires in a comparable size from one of the Sponsor’s other brands, or

Offer a gift card not exceeding $500 as an alternative.

The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is up to $500. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within fourteen (14) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram. Winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, Instagram handle, and submitted content (including images) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Privacy
Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at www.american-omni.com/sweepstakes

11. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
